Swim parties coming to Beacon Fell View, Longridge from March 2024!
Book your PARTY, by paying the £50 deposit fee THROUGH OUR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM.

Terms and Conditions
1. The Party Organiser must supervise children attending the party at all times. In the event of a first aid requirement, the Party Organiser must immediately alert a staff member for assistance.
2. Glover’s Swim School and Beacon Fell View Holiday and Touring Park will not be liable for any damage to personal items during activities.
3. Glover’s Swim School and Beacon Fell View Holiday and Touring Park will not be liable for any injury during activities. We advise that all participants do not wear jewellery and that all long hair is tied back.
4. Where room hire is provided, the Party Organiser can bring their own food (no takeaways), or have an outside caterer come in. Glover’s Swim School and Beacon Fell View Holiday and Touring Park hold no responsibility for any allergies or intolerances for the party attendees; this is the sole responsibility of the Party Organiser.
5. Party rooms are to be left in a clean and hygienic condition after use. If you have a room hire booking and you would like to bring a birthday cake, we ask that you take responsibility for cutting the cake, no utensils will be provided.
6. It is the responsibility of the Party Organiser to obtain permission from the parents/carers of the children attending the party if photography/videos is to be taken. This information must be stated on your further details form for the purpose of Glovers Swim School and our right to use such for advertising and marketing purposes.
7.50% non – refundable deposit due on booking. We can only hold the date for 12 hours without deposit.
8. Any party cancellation requires a minimum of 14 days notice for a full refund. Where 14 days is not given, a date change may be considered, but no refund can be offered.
9. We recommend that party organisers obtain an emergency contact for all children who attend the party.
10. For room hire, the party organiser is responsible for any damage or breakages, plus the cleanliness of the room afterwards.
11. For the room hire, party organisers are responsible for providing their own food and drink. Glovers Swim School and Beacon Fell View are not and will not be held responsible for providing any food or drink.
12. We have a maximum of 20 swimmers per party, the following capacities and ratios apply;
LARGE POOL
Maximum bather load: 40
Under 4’s: 1 child to 1 adult
4 years plus (unable to swim 10 metres independently): 5 children to 1 adult
4 years – 7 years (able to swim 10 metres plus independently): 10 children to 1 adult
7 years plus (able to swim 10 metres plus independently): 20 children
All swimmers: Parental supervision plus 1 member of first aid qualified staff
SMALL POOL
Maximum bather load: 5
All swimmers: Parental supervision
Platinum package only: All swimmers currently swimming at Stage 4 and under (Swim England) are to be supported in the water by a responsible adult on a one to one ratio due to use of equipment (fins and tails).
13. All swimmers under the age of 3, or who are not yet toilet trained, must adhere to our double nappy policy.
14. Room hire is subject to availability.
15. Party durations; 3.30pm arrival, 3.45 – 4.15pm safety briefing and photo opportunities, swim 4.15 – 5.15pm, room hire 5.30 – 6.00pm.
Waiver
I understand that during my event, a first aider will be present to provide basic first aid if necessary, however, overall, I am responsible for my guests using the pool and facilities.
I and my guests understand there are risks involved in using the pool and facilities such as injury and death. Glovers Swim School and Beacon Fell View are not responsible for the loss or damages to any persons or their personal property, including any third party.
I represent that all my guests are in good health and have no health conditions. If a guest has a health condition and/or an additional support need, they are to be supported on a one to one ratio by a responsible adult of their choice.
I hereby release and discharge Glovers Swim School and Beacon Fell View from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions or damages incurred by myself or my guests, arising out of the use of Beacon Fell View, its facilities, services or equipment, including, without limitation, all claims for property damage, personal injuries or wrongful death except to the extent that such loss or damage is caused by or results from Glovers Swim School or Beacon Fell View’s negligence or wilful misconduct.
